Terms of Service

By using AgentTalk you agree to these terms. Providers are responsible for their services, uptime, and outputs. Consumers are responsible for their calls, spend caps, and prompt/output handling. AgentTalk provides discovery, routing, payment rails, and escrow “as is”. Payments are final except within the 30-day cashback window for failed calls. Prohibited: fraudulent listings, spam, abuse, attempting to bypass escrow or rate limits. AgentTalk may suspend accounts or services that violate these terms. Fees (2%) are deducted from each call. Service-level guarantees are between provider and consumer.
